Back in 2017 I was diagnosed with liver cancer and given 9 month to live. For me it was the most traumatic and painful moment of my life. I was shocked and could not believe what I've just heard from doctors. I knew it was not my time to leave this world knowing the fact that i was in my mid 20s when this occurred. I was given various treatments such as Chemotherapy and multiple surgeries including liver resection, gall bladder surgery, shoulders and chest surgeries to remove the cancerous tumour before it expanded any further.

During this period I became very socially isolated and almost a recluse due to being mentally unstable. I spent most of my time studying Health and Fitness and became extremely interested in nutritional science and sport exercise science to enhance my knowledge to pursue a fitness career in near future.

I went through 6 years of battling cancer to eventually defeating it and battled through mental health such as extreme depression, suicidal thoughts, extreme anxiety in order to come out victorious. I am proud to say that I've not only overcome cancer but used it as a fuel for future success.
NEVER GIVE UP, HAVE FAITH IN GOD

My cancer story
The Real struggle, The Story of Inspiration
Overcoming Cancer: My Story
Cancer tried to break me, but it became the fire that shaped who I am today. It taught me to fight for every moment, to value small victories, and to find strength even on the hardest days.
There were moments of fear, pain, and uncertainty, but I chose to rise, to keep moving forward, and to believe that life still held purpose beyond the diagnosis. Every treatment, every tear, and every step through recovery became a reminder that I am stronger than I ever realised.
Overcoming cancer wasn’t just about survival—it was about rediscovering life with gratitude, resilience, and a renewed commitment to helping others find their strength too. It taught me that challenges do not define us; how we face them does.
Today, I use this journey to inspire others to keep going, to find hope even when it feels impossible, and to believe that you can rebuild, heal, and thrive no matter what life throws your way.
